About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join RaisTheme. You will be responsible for driving growth, increasing brand visibility, and managing marketing strategies for our digital products. This role is perfect for someone who understands performance marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement in the design and development space.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Manage SEO, content marketing, and keyword optimization
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
• Analyze traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
• Grow brand awareness through social media and content distribution
• Collaborate with design and product teams for campaign assets
• Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in marketing digital products or SaaS platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with affiliate and marketplace marketing
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with email tools like Mailchimp or similar
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and design trends
• Experience in the template or web design industry
