About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Figma Specialist) to join RaisTheme. You will be responsible for designing modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites, templates, and digital products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about clean design, usability, and creating visually engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design modern and intuitive UI layouts using Figma
- Create website templates, landing pages, and UI kits
- Convert ideas and requirements into clean, user-friendly designs
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, and design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design implementation
- Improve user experience through research and usability best practices
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Maintain and update design systems and components
Requirements
- Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs
- Experience designing responsive layouts for web and mobile
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Understanding of grid systems and spacing
- Ability to convert ideas into structured design solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better developer collaboration
- Experience designing for WordPress, SaaS, or marketplaces
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Understanding of user behavior and conversion-focused design
